The Missouri parents of missing 10-month-old baby, Lisa Irwin or “Pumpkin Pie” seem to have lots of stories to tell. First the mother, 25-year-old Deborah Bradley, said she was so drunk she did not know how her baby disappered from her crib. Now she and spouse Jeremy Irwin, 29, say their phone was stolen and they could not make calls, but this is allegedly untrue. Reports suggest phone records show calls were received by them around this time and additional calls were allegedly made using “stolen” cell phones.
To make matters worse, in recent weeks they have denied police investigators access to their 5 and 8 year old children who could help in the search. Only days after their babies disappearance, they allowed child specialists to interview the boys but now they forbid them to speak to the children. They had originally set a meeting for the kids to speak with police authorities and provide DNA samples, but they abruptly changed their mind and sent the message through their attorney.
The biggest question is…if their infant is missing due to the worst parental neglect EVER; getting too drunk to care for your kids…where is Social Services? It is amazing to see the kids still in their care, when they clearly appear to be unfit parents. Not to judge but…people have gotten their kids removed for much less, do they have connections or what? Talk about an injustice!
Where is baby Lisa? Let’s hope she is somewhere safe, but all the signs are unfortunately pointing elsewhere. Tragic…Everyone else seems to be helping in the search, but apparently NOT the parents?
