UK: BRITISH PRIME MINISTER DAVID CAMERON LEAVES 8YR OLD DAUGHTER AT PUB; NEW APP NEEDED?

11 Jun

The British Prime Minister David Cameron and wife Samantha did the unthinkable…they left their 8-year-old daughter Nancy at a Pub.  It apparently happened when they got “distracted” after having lunch at The Plough Inn, located in the village of Cadsden.

As they drove two miles down the road they realized the mistake.  Feeling sick and frightened they noticed they had inadvertently left her behind after having a lunch visit.  Since they had taken two cars each of them thought she was with the other parent, along with security agents assigned to watch the family.  Good to hear they did remember their 22-month-old and six-year-old, who were in the car as they drove away.  Luckily they reunited 15-minutes later to their unharmed daughter, who did not seem to notice the dangerous error.

This is truly a parents worst nightmare and is quite ironic.  It comes weeks after the government unveiled a new program designed to offer training classes to parents of young children.

Imagine leaving your child behind…how would you feel?  Well, although they have received some serious backlash, many parents have been more forgiving…knowing this could happen to them as well.  Everyone is so busy these days, no time to judge…we just need to take a moment to breathe.

Maybe they should come up with an App for that…they could call it the “Don’t Forget Your Kid App!”
