Britney Spears announced she is leaving The X Factor to pursue her music career. All I can say is that’s AMAZING! (her word) She called it a “difficult decision”, but it was VERY easy in my mind. It seems that the $15 million payday was Simon Cowell’s worst investment after all. He was hoping for CRAZY Britney but instead got LAZY Britney.
Hate to say “I told you so“, however, maybe he actually listened to my message! Britney claims she left, but it probably was a joint decision and rumors are flying she was getting fired. Either way, this was her smartest move so far, because she was just not suited to be a judge. Britney had a limited vocabulary and just lucked out ending up with Carly Rose Sonenclar.
It seems this is not the only thing she quit this week….the break-up with her agent / fiancé Jason Trawick was also revealed. Now this is the crazy chick Simon was hoping for…too little too late!
Farewell Britney…we finally agree on something. You should stick with music.
DID SIMON FINALLY LISTEN TO MY MESSAGE BELOW? OR DID BRITNEY REALLY QUIT?
Did Simon Cowell finally listen to my message and take my advice? Well, that’s still a mystery but rumor’s are buzzing that Britney Spearsmay be getting fired. According to Us Weekly, Britney is not worth the $15 million dollar paycheck….and I totally agree.
Unfortunately, the revamped pop “Princess” brings absolutely nothing to the table. While fans love her music and rooted for her after her complete meltdown, she is just not a good judge. Spears’ limited vocabulary offers contestants a fifth grade critique, that even Honey Boo Boo could give on her worst day.
Let’s face it, Cowell made a hasty decision when shaking it up this season. When he fired Paula Abdul and Nicole Scherzinger, it was clear he made huge mistake on day one of taping season two. And to be frank, Demi Lovato is no better than Britney…he needs to let her go too. While she has a sassy personality and gives Simon a run for the money….it’s getting old very fast.
Sorry Britney fans, but she really does need to go. Unfortunately, she should stick with singing and leave judging up to the experts. Best judge ever? Goes to Jennifer Lopez….she has class, style, and a lot of inspiring words to share with the contestants. They should take notes on her judging skills.
BYE…BYE…BYE BRITNEY SPEARS. Hoping this rumor is true. This was the worst investment of Simon Cowells’ life. Call me Simon…I will judge the show for FREE!
Best decision of Simon Cowells’ career? Letting Britney go.
WATCH MY PREDICTION VIDEO AND SEE IF I GOT IT RIGHT…WHO WON THE X FACTOR?
The X Factor season finale aired tonight. Millions of fans tuned in and were excited to see who would win the $5 million dollar recording contract. Would it be the angelic group Fifth Harmony, the 13-year-old teen sensation Carly Rose Sonenclar, or country singer and family man Tate Stevens?
Well, anyone watching this year would know it could go either way. While Tate and Carly held the top spots all season, Fifth Harmony jumped from underdog to top three.
They all stepped up their game at the right time and received 35 million votes from their fans to prove it. This was probably one of the toughest to call, of all singing competitions. Each contestant was so different and all seemed genuine and were extremely talented.
Simon Cowellpulled out all the stops to ensure a huge ratings success. With performances from the biggest stars in the music industry, Pit Bull and One Direction, he could not go wrong. And a Rolls Royce on the set sealed the deal…he was in it to win it. Or at least increase his ratings.
So, who won The X Factor? Let’s first get to the third runner-up; it was not a huge surprise but a certain disappointment for many of their fans. Yep, you guessed it...Fifth Harmony. It looked like Simon hated to lose…you know he has a HUGE ego! Too bad…I love an underdog.
Of course that left the fan favorites Tate and Carly Rose to duke it out. It was a nail biter, since I was really rooting for Carly Rose. But in the end it was Tate Stevenswho ran away with the $5 million bucks! Good for him…at least he has a family to care for and can really use they cash. LA Reidcan at least leave the show a winner. Goes to show…country fans are loyal!
No worries, they are all winners and will find huge success in the music industry…CONGRATS to all the contestants!
On another note: was LeAnn Rimes drunk last night? Well, read what the rags are saying and be the judge. It certainly looked like an awkward moment for Carly Rose.
Many of my blog fans are asking…Who will win The X Factor? Well, anything could happen. The season finale is tonight and will certainly have viewer’s on the edge of their seats. There is a $5 million recording contract on the line, so the contestants want it bad and America is excited to see who will win.
Will it be Carly Rose Sonenclar, Tate Stevens or Fifth Harmony? Check out my predictions for the winner are posted in above video…check back later and see if I got it right.
The guest stars include; Pit Bull and One Direction, so it should be a finale to remember.
Who do you think will win? Let’s face it…they are all winners!
On another note; due to technical difficulties this blog is for my late night viewers! Looks like all video’s were merged…think of it as some are out-takes! Guess everything happens for a reason….which one do you like best? LOL…ENJOY!
The X Factor finals aired tonight and they can only hope that millions tuned in to see who would win. It was down to soulful singer Carly Rose Sonenclar, instant mega-group Fifth Harmonyand country singer Tate Stevens.
They opened the show as many have this week, with at tribute to Sandy Hook Elementary School victims. It was a great rendition of Michael Jackson’s hit song “You Are Not Alone” with the full cast of contestants. The back-drop of the victims names, with heartfelt vocals, was a special way to honor the 26 innocent victims who lost their lives. It seemed especially touching for Vino Alan, who was extremely passionate during his small part.
First to hit the stage was my favorite singer, Carly Rose Sonenclar. Singing a repeat of “Feel Good”, she received huge praise from the judges. I guess you can take the risk of singing it again, if you nail it. Carly is definitely an “old soul”, because she has vocal ability far beyond a 13-year-old.
Tate Stevens was next up and continued to stay consistent. Right now it’s probably his to lose, since the country fans are solid and extremely loyal. He also has a very pure demeanor and his incredible voice adds to his appeal. Although he also sang a repeat…at least he sounded great. It actually sounded better than the first time.
Surprise finalist Fifth Harmonywere put in a great position being third. Their mantra “anything could happen”...seems to be working in their favor. They may be underdogs, but never really have been given proper credit and could potentially pull ahead. Once again, their harmony was spot on and singing “Anything Could Happen” was my absolute favorite performance from them throughout the show. When I push rewind multiple times…it’s a hit! Could not get this song out of my head, this time nor the last.
The contestants went on to perform new songs with top artists and all rocked the house. Carly and LeAnn Rimes (was she drunk?). Tate and Little Big Town. Fifth Harmony and Demi Lavato. It will be a tough night for viewer’s because they are all equally talented. Great duo’s…great performances. Demi just won me back as a fan of her music…but she’s still a better singer than judge. And Carly singing Hallelujah was my favorite performance of the night. Finally…chills. Second favorite…Fifth Harmony “Let It Be”…chills again.
To switch gears…it’s still shocking to me that The X Factor has such low ratings. Incredible talent..check. Amazing stage sets…check. Stellar song choices…check. Oh wait…HORRIBLE judges…uncheck. Too many hosts…uncheck. Too many changes…uncheck.
Maybe Simon should have let Paula Abduland Nicole Scherzinger stick around at least one more season before changing it up… they would have been loyal for sure. I will keep posting my video tips above until SIMON COWELL listens to his fans. Come on hit play already! Love the show and want it to succeed!
Who will win The X Factor? It will very likely come down to Carly and Tate. I’m hopeful Carly will win the $5 million dollar prize, but would not be surprised if Tate runs away with it. Love Fifth Harmony, but not sure they will have the fan votes, however, they will have an incredible music career.
Any bad performances tonight? Absolutely not!
On another note…Did Britney send Carly to hat school? Was Khloe playing school girl dress-up? Sorry, she looked ridiculous. Maybe she did not fire her stylist after all. And my mom was pissed they repeated songs…but they probably had to stick with what got them here in the first place. Playing it safe…sometimes works.
Anyone tuning into The X Factoris probably not surprised that LA Reidis not returning next season. He just announced his upcoming departure; made worse by his negative comments. In an interview he is quoted as saying; “I Am Not Enhancing My Cred By Coaching A Chubby Middle-Aged Country Singer”. Apparently LA wants to focus on his record label.
The comments made by LA Reid seem extremely rude and he rubbed me the wrong way on day one, when he was angered that he had to coach the “Over 25’s“. What a horrible thing to say to already nervous contestants; if you remember he was blunt and informed the singer’s he was not happy he ended up with them. Well goodbye see ya later…we will not miss him at all.
So what will Simon do now? He had high hopes for the show and bragged about how well it would do early on. It has now only been two seasons and there’s already been changes to the judges and host. When he hired Khole Kardashian-Odomand Mario Lopezit seemed more than desperate. And it is clear…they are not a good fit. No need for two hosts and they step all over each other. One needs to go.
Well, my video message to Simon Cowell is meant to help him get back on track. There’s obviously still fans of the show (including me), even with the lackluster ratings. So hopefully he will take note of my suggestions, or he may be going home come 2014.
Check out my video and chime in…What do you think needs to get revamped on the show? I know you also have advice for Mr. Cowell.
Seriously Simon, take a look and heed my warning.
On another note; maybe they should allow fans to also vote off the judges. That could make it interesting and I certainly have some picks in mind. Can you say….Demi LovatoandBritney Spears!
GUESS I’M PSYCHIC…VIDEO PREDICTIONS WERE 100% RIGHT!
The X Factor was down to the final six contestants tonight. The cream of the crop minus one remained, but two finally found themselves out of the competition. It was down to Carly Rose Sonenclar, Steven Tate, Emblem 3, Fifth Harmony, Diamond White and CeCe Fry.
Before they got down to business, last year’s winner Melanie Amaro performed. She sounded great and the song was decent, but not sure it will be a number one hit. Side note…her weave was not up to par, she needs a new hair stylist. Sorry…I know that is being petty.
Now on to the first contestant leaving. It was a nail biter and I was holding on to my Christmas wish. Dear Santa please make CeCe go to the North Pole. Well, it was answered at last! The delusional singer was where she needed to be…on a plane back home. Can you believe she said she deserved to be in the finals? Give me a break! Guess there is no need to eat my remote control and break my TV now…whew!FINALLY!!!
The acts saved by the viewer’s were obvious, Carly Rose, Emblem 3 and Tate Stevens. It was then down to the bottom two singer’s fighting for their life in a sing-off. These acts were no surprise and they were in my predictions; Diamond White and Fifth Harmony.Guess I called it!
Simon hated to go first but it was not his choice. Fifth Harmony hit the stage and sounded like a wealth of talent…and yes LA they have amazing harmony. They sang their best and proved they deserve to be there. Then Diamond stepped out looking like a nervous teen, she sounded a bit shaky and this was not her best performance.
However, with it being up to the judges, it seemed pretty clear who they would pick. Along the way LA Reid and Demihad strong opinions on who they thought needed more work. But I was pleasantly surprised. Simon picked Diamond, Britney picked Fifth Harmony, LA picked Diamond and Demi was the nail in the coffin selecting Diamond to go home.
Unfortunately, it was Diamond White who headed home. But this was a good choice, especially based on tonight’s performance. She is a great singer but still needs to develop her craft. Fifth Harmony really is one of the best collaboration of girl groups around…they deserve to be in the finals.
How did they rank last night? Check out list below….Who will win? Carly Rose Sonenclar.
On another note; now that CeCe was voted off, can we vote off Demi Lovato and Britney Spears. I’m just saying! They suck as judges!
THE X FACTOR RANKINGS 12/6/12
#1 Tate Stevens (Great singer but America got it wrong)
#2 Carly Rose (No doubt! She should win it all)
#4 Fifth Harmony
On another note; Kesha also performed which was a treat…she really is a hit maker.
