CNN Entertainment just reported Chris Kelly from the popular 90’s duo Kris Kross was pronounced dead earlier today. The 34-year-old apparently was found unresponsive at his Atlanta home, according to the Fulton County medical examiner.
The hits kept coming for Kris Kross back in the 90’s, when he and his sidekick Chris Smith, were only 13-years-old. Most notable was the chart topper “Jump” from their 1992 debut album, “Totally Krossed Out“.
This will likely shock the music industry since the cause of death is still unknown and he was so darn young. It is good that he was able to make a huge impact during his short life and his music will definitely live on.
Sad to hear…R.I.P. Chris. I still love Jump…hope he’s jumping in the sky and smiling down.
